Growing up a military brat, my management philosophy was shaped many years ago.  When I read the comments of a General who managed troops, this became my model:

  • Manage things…lead people.
  • Be competent and demonstrate good personal conduct.
  • Have a good work ethic, but retain a sense of life balance.
  • Be aggressive and at the same time collegial.
  • Demonstrate both initiative and proactivity.
  • Develop sales partners, support their efforts and build winning teams.
  • Have a can-do attitude and manage, not avoid risk.

As regional sales manager for Bankers Advertising Company I am responsible for impacting the company's growth by creating an environment that enables independent sales representatives to successfully operate and compete on a daily basis.

 

As a coach and mentor, my goal is help those with whom I work, acheive their personal and professional goals.
